We'd like to start this week's post off with a thank you for all of you who voted us Westword's Best Store on Broadway 2010! It is really an honor to be part of this street and we thank you all for your support. Okay now that the mushy stuff is out of the way let's see what's new in store this week, starting with Sandi Calistro. So you pretty much have to have been living under a rock not to have seen Sandi's work, be it her tattoo artistry or her line of cards we just restocked this week. Here's a peek at some of the new designs we picked up.
Canadian based line Preloved has sent us a little something to fall in love with this Spring. Their women's tops, short sleeve cardigans and dresses are spot on. These functional pieces are made from 100% recycled fabrics, often times repurposing previously loved garments. Also make sure to stop in and check out their offering for tote bags and clutches this Spring.
Fancy Tiger shorts are back! For those of you not familiar with these from last year, we have been thrifting for the finest in men's pants only to crop them down into shorts for you. These will be coming in weekly so keep an eye out for new styles and sizes. Also if you have a pair of pants you like transformed into shorts, we've got you covered, for a mere $15 for this alteration.
Farah's got two words for you men out there this season, red pants! Seriously you have to stop in to see these beauties in person.
Also new in store this week, are men's and women's t-shirts from Heavy Rotation. This Milwaukee based line as a knack for making prints that just scream to be worn.
Next up is Neuw denim. This vintage inspired denim line grew from the love three friends had for denim, particularly vintage denim that they would repair and tailor over time to achieve the desired look. This process of "Vintage Revision" results in a line of denim with a unique and personal style.
