Making stuff...

All the amazing jewelry we're finding inspired us to make
a jewelry display as simple and sleak as it's subjects. Some
white paint, a quarter inch plexi piece, and 4 four hinges
made this plain wooden box a showcase fit for a museum.

We're adding new jewelry every week. Look out for new
pieces by Brevity Jewelry and Odd Bits.

T. Blooom bracelets and Fancy Tiger Clothing made jewelry!

Tina Bloom's hand crafted bracelets are amazing. Tina recycles
old bangles by giving them a new decoupaged life, complete with
memorable sayings on the inside and color galore. We just received
a new batch of a dozen of these gems.

I love these simple necklaces. A one inch piece of
a longer measuring stick hangs from an antique
looking brass chain. They're nostalgic, fun, and
made here at Fancy Tiger Clothing.

Two new lines: Figs and Ginger & Odd Bits!

If you haven't noticed already, we at Fancy Tiger Clothing have made it our mission to carry the most unique jewelry in Denver. The number of talented jewelry designers that I'm discovering everyday is astounding. And for that reason we've decided to greatly increase our jewelry selection. I added two new display cases over the last two weeks and that's just the beginning.

This week we welcome two new designers to our jewelry goldmine:
1) Figs and Ginger from Asheville, NC:
Figs & Ginger is a husband and wife team making Eco- Friendly sterling jewelry which is designed to complement that sexy black dress or simply spice up your favorite ripped jeans. Each piece made by hand and much of their work is inspired by the simple beauty found in forests, both imaginary & real.

2) Odd Bits from Denver, CO:
Kim Harrison makes waterproof plastic pendants, earrings and charms . under the name Odd Bits. These images are "burnt" on and can't be removed by normal wear and tear. This jewelry is simply fun.

Enjoy our new finds!

Store cat?

My dear friend Sebastian will ocassionally be joining me at the store. Expect him a couple times a week and on those crummy days when going outside is just out of the picture.

He's not usually as freaked out as he appears in the pictures...he's gettting to know the place. In two days he's gone from hiding under the back room sectional to starting to peak his head out into the main part of the store. Yes...he's shy...really shy. And if you want to get to know him I reccommend acting like hes just not there. He'll be staring at you with his big gorgeous eyes but you'll have to stay alloof. Act uninterested and it won't be long before he may let you peruse his proximity.
