Have you been in to see our new jewelry cases yet? If not you're missing out cause we've doubled the amount of jewelry on the floor thanks to these new cases from Fin Art.

Here's a run down of some the new jewelry filling our cases. First up is local line Winter Garden Studios with these lovely sterling silver hand stamped pendants which would make the perfect present.

Austin based line Ornamental Things sent some new designs our way which are complemented in the pictures below by a new Boulder based line Maranon. Maranon is a line of hand embroidered accessories with beautiful attention to detail.

Also new in store is Plastique, a Los Angeles based line focusing on laser cut acrylic jewelry. Check out their interchangeable earrings and necklaces in store now.

Next up is Vivi Dot, a Seattle based line of handmade button inspired jewelry. Check out their necklaces, watch pendants and money clips.

We are pleased to welcome Chicago based jewelry designer Laura Lombardi to our store. This small collection of jewelry is handmade from carefully selected vintage and repurposed materials.

Moving over the men's section, we've gotten in some new short sleeve button ups for the Spring from Palmer Cash and Farah.

Turning our focus to the women's side, we've gotten in some new screen printed tank tops from local in house line Black Diamonds.

Spring is here and you can tell by the dresses. Check out these new light weight dress designs from Gentle Fawn and Tulle.

Last but certainly not least are the staple skinny belts from Cheap Monday. This is a basic any woman needs for her wardrobe.

What's New in Store This Week...

We'd like to start this week's post off with a thank you for all of you who voted us Westword's Best Store on Broadway 2010! It is really an honor to be part of this street and we thank you all for your support. Okay now that the mushy stuff is out of the way let's see what's new in store this week, starting with Sandi Calistro. So you pretty much have to have been living under a rock not to have seen Sandi's work, be it her tattoo artistry or her line of cards we just restocked this week. Here's a peek at some of the new designs we picked up.

Canadian based line Preloved has sent us a little something to fall in love with this Spring. Their women's tops, short sleeve cardigans and dresses are spot on. These functional pieces are made from 100% recycled fabrics, often times repurposing previously loved garments. Also make sure to stop in and check out their offering for tote bags and clutches this Spring.

Fancy Tiger shorts are back! For those of you not familiar with these from last year, we have been thrifting for the finest in men's pants only to crop them down into shorts for you. These will be coming in weekly so keep an eye out for new styles and sizes. Also if you have a pair of pants you like transformed into shorts, we've got you covered, for a mere $15 for this alteration.

Farah's got two words for you men out there this season, red pants! Seriously you have to stop in to see these beauties in person.

Also new in store this week, are men's and women's t-shirts from Heavy Rotation. This Milwaukee based line as a knack for making prints that just scream to be worn.

Next up is Neuw denim. This vintage inspired denim line grew from the love three friends had for denim, particularly vintage denim that they would repair and tailor over time to achieve the desired look. This process of "Vintage Revision" results in a line of denim with a unique and personal style.

Are you ready for the Fall? Don't worry we've got you covered, literally. This week the store is filled with new Fall accessories to update your summer look along with some necessary basics on both the men's and women's side of the store.

The West is Dead is one of the new Fall additions to the store with their warm 100% wool hats and passion to preserve the wild west. This American based line strives to use the best possible raw materials and they responsibly source and produce everything they possibly can in the U.S. These fall basics are great for both men and women.

We've also received some new Fall fashions from Farah to help you add a little English style to your everyday look. Stop by and check out the new long sleeve button ups and dress pants.

Why not complement your style with a one-of-a-kind belt buckle from the Ohio based husband and wife team, Maxine Dear. These buckles are made from vintage book covers sparing them from the dump and breathing new life into old classics.

Also new in store is the Los Angeles based line Trescis which is a blending of trends and basics. Made with a focus on detail, these basic pieces are constructed with the finest yarns for the moderate market including cotton modal. Make sure to stop in and check them out. Also fitting with the theme of basics we have American Apparel cotton leggings in a variety of colors to get you through the cooler months.

We've also been hard at work re-stocking local selections in store this week including new recycled leather cuffs from Jared, wallets and bags from Beans & Rice, crocheted neck cowls from becky's buttons & things, handmade clothing from Pearl and jewelry from She's Crafty. Jared is a local designer working in recycled leather to create unique wrist cuffs, his new styles incorporate buckles and pockets.

Beans and Rice is the newest line of Vegan-friendly bags and wallets from Fancy Tiger Manager Vanessa. These handmade vinyl creations are sure to complement anyone's style with their hand embroidered detailing of fruits, vegetables and insects.

Moving on to the work of another Fancy Tiger team member, Becky of becky's buttons & things has been busy crocheting some warm neck cowls to shield your neck from the elements. These 100% organic cotton creations are adorned with handmade fabric buttons and are available in six different color combinations.
